At our Bloom + Flow workshop, Black girls had the space to explore their cycles without shame. learning what’s happening in their bodies, understanding the range of menstrual products, and even discovering how our cycles can sync in shared community.

We’re so grateful to our facilitator for holding space with care and intention, creating room for questions, conversation, and connection. These moments matter because Black girls deserve safe, affirming spaces to learn about their bodies during this critical stage of development.

When Black girls feel informed and unashamed, they move through the world with confidence. Periodt.
