We’re taking it outside! 🌿✨ This month, Black Girls for Liberation is honoring the land for Earth Day with a special session at Catawba Trail Farm—a site rich with history and resilience, where African American and Native American legacies intersect. By gathering in this space, we acknowledge the stories embedded in the soil and honor the generations who came before us. Join us as we reconnect with the earth, reflect on our relationship with the land, and celebrate Black girlhood in nature. 🌍💚

•  Guided Reflection Walk – Walk the land while sharing stories about what nature means to us and the importance of Black and Indigenous relationships with the earth.

•  Planting or Gardening – Engage in a hands-on activity where girls can plant something on the farm, learning about sustainable growing practices.
